Refunds & Returns
At Guy Vybe we want you to love and believe in our products the way that we do. If for any reason you’re not loving it, you can return opened or used product to us within 2 weeks after the date of delivery. For product that has not been opened (the clear collar has not been broken open) you have 30 days. We’ll refund the cost of the product. You just pay for shipping.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If for any reason your return is not accepted, you may request that we return the product back to you with the shipping costs covered by the customer.
To start a return, please contact us at info@guyvybe.com and give us your order number and full name.
Damaged Product
Please inspect your order when it comes and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can address the issue and make it right.
International orders, final Sale products, Gift Cards, and custom items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
Guy Vybe is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit, without proof of postage. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your purchase for return.
